Although my interest in music began when I was a young boy, my career in music as a guitarist satrts in the late 70’s, playing with local rock groups and taking classes of both guitar and voice.

During the two years between 1984 and 1986 I spend some time in New York, Philadelphia and London, which, thanks to relations made, allows me to play with musicians from around the world.

In 1987 I return to Barcelona to stay and set up a small recording studio in Sabadell “La Fundació” sharing the space with different artists (photographes, painters...). This is where and when “La Gran Aventura” is born. With this group we begin to play live and record various demos. Together with Pere Pons the group is moulded to our liking.

After being fortunate enough to win a few musical awards, in the year 1990 we are able to record our first album L.G.A, produced by Jaime Stinus. The group is well accepted and the reviews are excellent.

In 1992 we sign a contract with CBS/ Sony music and we record our second album, “Líders i Adeptes”. The group is consolidated and we perform concerts on a large scale throughout Catalonia, including the Balear Islands and Valencia.

Following much activity and changes in the formation of the group, in 1995 we decide to do a live studio recording in order to gain intimacy and spontaneity. The album is called “Triangular", a project which clashes with a previous style but which is still well received by both public and critics. We then begin a tour with positive results. I participate in the first concert given following the war in Sarajevo (Bosnia). An experience difficult to forget.

In 1996 we agree to dissolve the group due to individual diversity and personal interests. At the same time a decision is made to eleborate a biographical video which includes previously unreleased material titled: End Transmission. Following the break up of “La Gran Aventura” I have participated in concerts and collaborated as an invited artist on various recordings. My professional activity at this time is centered mainly on production, composition and the management of “La Fundaestudi”.

In 1999 and in slight collaboration with Berni Mora, keyboard player during the last stages of L.G.A, we edit an experimental project: Vital Pop. Together with Berni Mora in the year 2000 we decide to elaborate a new project in Catalan which represents a new millennium and era: Intro is released the following year with good reviews and we begin a tour of Catalonia.

At the end of 2002 and during the entire year 2003 we work on a new project: “Després, Aurora”, the first album for which its production we are totally responsible.

In 2004 it is taken live in Catalonia and the Balear Islands, and at present we are putting the final touches to what will be our first album in Spanish, “Maquinaria Sensible” dated to be released in February 2005.
